1. Who we are
Star Technologies Ltda, registered under Brazilian CNPJ 54.584.650/0001-50, headquartered at Rua Príncipe Humberto, 112, Sala 44, Edifício Vancouver, Centro, São Bernardo do Campo – SP, CEP 09.725-200, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected on stechb.com and its subpages, including all product landing pages (PracticePress and future products). Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018) and applicable international data protection laws, Star Technologies acts as the data controller.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name (optional) and email address (required). We do not collect payment data, location data, or any sensitive personal information. PHP sessions are used exclusively for anti-bot security controls and do not store personal data.

Your data is transmitted to Twilio Inc. (SendGrid), our email delivery provider, solely for the purpose of delivering your message. SendGrid is subject to its own privacy policies and GDPR compliance. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your data is retained for the period necessary to respond to your request and for a maximum of 12 (twelve) months thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law. After this period, data is securely deleted.

9. Cookies and sessions
We use one technical session cookie (star_lang) to remember your language preference. This cookie contains no personal data, is not used for tracking, and expires after 30 days. We do not use third-party cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics.
